There are no refunds if a request for refund is made within 24 hrs prior to the start of a booked private event. We understand that in some cases an event booked by a client may change and a refund is requested. All refunds that fall outside the 24 hr rule are subject to a $49.95 fee deductible from the amount paid by the client. If a refund falls outside any of our standard policies, this will be confirmed at booking with the client and the reviewed refund policy will be confirmed.
There are strictly no refunds for events booked and paid for by clients that include items other than ice creams, namely Hot Chips, Hot Dogs, Poffertjes, Hot Jam Donuts.
